The technicians were great! There was no problem installing the compressor unit outside, The old air handler was as different story. It was installed when the church was built 30 years ago. It was located in the kitchen, in a pantry ceiling. Pantry had to be emptied, shelves removed. They had to get a lift to remove and reinstall the new air handler. Electrical specifications had changed since then so the electrical had to be redone. It made us tired just watching them! But they did amazing work. They were very professional, polite, neat and hard working. They kept us advised of their progress at every step. We were very pleased with the installation and the entire process
